We are delighted to invite organisations to exhibit, sponsor and partner with SimHE 2026 – Simulation in Healthcare Education Conference, taking place on 7–8 September 2026 at Buckinghamshire New University, High Wycombe.

 

As the inaugural SimHE conference, this event will bring together an interprofessional audience of educators, clinicians, researchers, simulation practitioners, technicians and industry partners from across Higher Education Institutions, healthcare organisations and industry.

Our Approach

We are committed to making SimHE 2026 as accessible and inclusive as possible. Our aim is to keep delegate costs low, with registration fees primarily covering essential costs such as catering and event delivery.

Through exhibitor and sponsorship support, we are able to enhance the overall conference experience, including high-quality delegate materials, exhibition and demonstration opportunities, networking activity and a strong conference identity.

Due to limited exhibition capacity, opportunities will be allocated following review of expressions of interest by the conference team to ensure a balanced and collaborative exhibitor experience.
